Prayer Requests

Please pray for the Williams family. Kayeley Elizabeth Williams and her 4 year old daughter were killed today when their vehicle left the road and flipped into a pond. Kayeley’s aunt, Marcie Williams, is a retired teacher from Elmont Elementary. Marcie & Kayeley were very close and Marcie is devastated. She, Kayeley’s father, and the rest of the family need our prayers.

My oldest son Jimmy was taken to the er last night by his wife, his BP was 226/108. They admitted him to the hospital. They were able to get his BP down to 129/81 and will be seen by his cardiologist today.

Please pray for my dad. Spent last night in the ER with him. He has a UTI but keeps falling repeatedly and is super weak. He needs lots of assistance and cannot even sit up on his own. Trying to get to the bottom of it with his doctors and trying to see if we can get him in a rehab facility for a few days because he needs more care than we can give him. Thank you

My coworker has asked for prayer for his son’s friend Tom who is in his young 30s and in need of a liver transplant soon. He is at MCV and played lacrosse at Liberty.

I have been presented with a very exciting opportunity at work and am eager to find out next steps. As it is likely, but not certain, that I will take this new role, please pray that the path is cleared for me to step into this role seamlessly.

S-I-l Noah Pollack has a Dr. app. This Wed. To determine/ identify his cause of pain that has really made it impossible to sit/stand/ walk much. This has been going on for 3 years. He needs an official diagnosis to apply for disability & receive help. Please for him, his wife & twins as they navigate this season.

Please pray for the pain to ease up.

I have surgery on Tuesday August 20th.

Good morning everyone! I wanted to start a prayer chain for a friend of mine, Claudia’s son Kasen! He has been diagnosed with T Cell Acute lymphoblastic Leukemia. After many months of sickness, constant fevers… blood tests and everything else imaginable to finally come to a diagnosis. Please lift this sweet boy up in prayer. He also has long hair, that he absolutely loves. He has been made aware that he will lose his hair. I will be working on getting a care package together for him, if anyone would like to give toward this basket… I will be giving it to them from GBC! Thank you all for the prayers for sweet Kasen!

Pray for Joan Woody. She is in the hospital with heart problems. She is not doing good. Thank you, we appreciate your prayers.
